We adamantly avoid training our technicians to ‘sell sell sell’ once they arrive at your home. Instead, their training focuses on thoroughness and education, ensuring that our customers understand all options for their specific situation. Taking advantage of customers or employees is simply not part of our ethos.

In all honesty, we could not care less about our “market share” or what our competitors are doing. We want to take care of our customers, our employees, live comfortably, and sell when we’re ready to retire (which is a couple decades from now- don’t worry!)
